As the conference organisers, the North East Management Catchment Authority (NECMA) will collect and store information you provide in the registration form for the purposes of enabling us to register your attendance at the conference. With your permission, NECMA may disclose some of the information that is collected in the registration form such as your name, organisation, postal and email address to conference sponsors and supporters. You must indicate your approval or refusal to allow this on the registration form. NECMA will not otherwise, without your consent, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such purpose be related to the offer, provision and improvement of conferences and services or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.
